I ordered their Medium Size Pizza when they're on "Special". It takes them more than 30 minutes to make as I would pre-ordered it on the phone and on top of that I still have to wait for my order to come out. I think that the customers should ordered 1 hour ahead before going to pick-up their pre-ordered pizza. Service are very very slow. Fast Food Restaurant should be quick, easy and faster so that the food are prepared faster than normal. NEED TO IMPROVE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD SHOULD COME OUT FASTER AND QUICKER.
